What you will be doing

Business Services meet customer’s demands on faster and more secure services through scalable solutions, end-to-end automation, service mindset and sound risk culture.

We are now looking for you who wants to be working in a global and innovative environment and to be part of our journey to modernize SEB’s financing platform.

You will be a part of a professional engaged development team of 6 colleagues working with Mortgages and Bank loans, both private and corporate in close collaboration with Business, Tech and our stakeholders in Financing Tribe.

As a Global Process Expert, you will

·        Drive and support key change initiatives

·        Analyze new requirements

·        Be working in close collaboration with Product specialist

·        Work with improving our internal efficiency

·        Represent SEB in joint banking activities

·        Ensuring knowledge and competence for e2e process

Who we are looking for

You are a solution-oriented team player, motivated by driving change and digitalization.

We believe you have competence and knowledge from Lending area and if you also have experience from Branch that is an advantage.  Change is for you an opportunity since you see it as a great way to learn new things and get to know new people.

·        A proactive, self-driven problem solver, able to take ownership and show great communication skills

·        Analytical and accurate

·        Use to work with both business and technology-oriented people
