SEB Embedded is on a mission to push the boundaries of financial services and we are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our journey! As the Business Operations Specialist, you will have an overall responsibility to manage end customer and product related back office tasks. You will have your home base in one of our Product domains, but have a close collaboration with other Business Operations Specialists across the entire product organization.
Manage and respond to 2nd line cases
Handle all types of manual processes related to our offered banking products such as credit assessments, monitoring, reporting, investigations etc.
Document routines and processes
Continuously improve our tools and processes to increase operational efficiency
Proactively share ideas on continuous improvements
When needed, support in new product initiatives or features by forwarding feedback and giving input from a 2nd line and customer perspective and/or document requirements
Having dialogue with different stakeholders in the the organization
Curious and eager to grow with the role.
Work experience from credit administration, payments and/or back office
Efficient and structured with a professional and customer oriented mindset
Sense of the big picture and a sharp eye for details
Solution oriented and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and swedish.
Relevant certification, e.g. Swedsec or similar (various from product to product) is a plus
