We are currently looking for a structured and organized manager for the Product Certification & Requirements team as part of the Quality organization. We are looking for a person with previous management experience and a background in the area of:
This position will be based at Polestar’s headquarters and the physical location will be in Gothenburg, Sweden.
What you do
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Product Certification & Requirements team and ensure certification of Polestar products for our global markets. In close collaboration with the product development and program teams you will set the strategy, content, timing and budget for current and future products and ensure that the certification activities will be completed, and the certification deliveries are achieved. Furthermore, you’ll secure that legal requirements are accessible to key stakeholders and regulatory changes are monitored continuously. Conformity assurance during the entire product life cycle is another element of this role for which a close collaboration with the Product Quality and Compliance teams are essential.

You can travel internationally to maintain contact with authorities and technical services as well as with the team members to support certification activities.
