Product Owner, Payments as a Service

SEB Embedded is on a mission to bring banking where it’s needed and we are looking for a Product Owner to drive the development of our Payments product area.

In SEB Embedded we are passionate about product development. In the payments area we are currently on the journey of expanding our product catalog , and the mission is to build and develop seamless payments, driving innovation, and setting the gold standard for payment excellence.

• Be responsible for the direction and execution of the roadmap. 

• Collaborate with Stakeholders, Developers, Product Managers and other Product Owners to ensure that the roadmap is aligned with the overall banking-as-a-service platform vision. 

• Document requirements and processes for future development, optimizing and replacing them as needed. 

• Ensure efficient compliance with regulations. 

• Continuously seek ways to enhance quality and what actions that can be taken to enhance performance. 

• Be a part of an exciting journey! We are developing our products from scratch. 

• Experience working as a Product Owner, preferably in developing an externally & internally used product. 

• Experience in building a product from scratch. 

• A true collaborator with the ability to prioritize needs and communicate them to stakeholders. 

• Experience in leading and working within a cross-functional team.

• Excellent analytical thinking abilities, data informed decision making and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to identify risks and efficiently mitigate them when needed.

• Great communication skills in English. 

• Meritorious if you have experience from the fintech and/or bank industry and
  knowledge about Payments.
