We are now looking for an Export control specialist willing to work in a dynamic business environment and contribute to Export control process development in the Business support function of Strategic account management.
About the roleAs an Export Control Specialist, you will work closely with the Export Control Manager, our defence team, Scania functions involved in the export control process, customers, and authorities.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle all administrative tasks for our export control operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate, timely records.
Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping to streamline and enhance our export control procedures. This role offers a chance to be a key player in maintaining and improving our compliance standards in a dynamic environment.

• University degree
• Knowledge of export control
• Native speaker of Swedish, fluent in English
• EU citizenship
• Experience in a similar role minimum 1 year with knowledge of potential compliance risks
• Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
