Senior IFS Business Analyst

As a Senior IFS Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, define processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for training users and providing support on IT tickets related to IFS (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for IFS system enhancements and changes.
• Define and document business processes and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive specification documents for change requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT developers, to implement solutions and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of IFS systems and tools.
• Investigate and resolve IT tickets related to IFS system functionality and configurations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IFS systems and processes by staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Kvalifikationer

• Bachelor's degree, or similar, in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IFS or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relations with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead initiatives to successful completion.
• Previous experience in providing user training and support is highly desirable.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills. Swedish is considered a big plus as the customers are mainly Swedish speakers.
• A built-in drive to develop yourself both personally and professionally
• Understanding of Nordic business, e.g. customers, suppliers and related business processes

As a person, you are self-motivated, curious, driven, and a quick learner. You have good collaborative skills and are communicative in your work approach. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

• The position is a permanent full time employment
• Location: Preferably in Bromma, Gothenburg or Malmö
