As an Insurance Experience Specialist within service and sales, your primary responsibility is to engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide them with the best solutions. This involves conducting assessments of clients' risk profiles, explaining policy options, and effectively communicating the value of insurance products. Your goal is to build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the decision-making process to ensure they have the coverage they need.

We are looking for the following:

-Sales Experience: A background in sales is essential for success in this role, preferably experience from sales over the phone. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service is highly valued.

- Insurance or Financial Services Experience: Whether you have experience in insurance sales or a related field such as financial services, this specific industry knowledge is particularly important to us for this position.

- A confident communicator with a solution-oriented mindset, you thrive on tackling challenges with creativity and determination.

- A self-motivated team player, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is second nature.

- Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.
