Job Description

Join us as People Generalist wherein your main objective shall be to ensure strong and efficient HR delivery towards Business Tech organization in Sweden in close collaboration with HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and support to the organization and managers on all HR-related matters.
• Manage the entire employee life cycle, including employee relations, risk assessment, and union negotiations.
• Implement HR initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with a specific part of the organization while engaging with various teams across Sweden.
• Contribute significantly to the overall delivery of the people experience team, ensuring high-quality support and service to the organization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR generalist role.
• A relevant academic background and demonstrated experience in HR.
• Strong expertise in supporting organizations and managers.
• Strong understanding of Swedish Labor Law, work environment regulations, and proficiency in union negotiations.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This is a temporary position (Duration -12 months -maternity cover) based in Stockholm with a start date as soon as possible. Please apply as soon as possible but no later than 26th May 2024. Interviews will be held continuously.
