Vi söker dig som vill leda och vidareutveckla vår enhet som arbetar med IT-säkerhet inom DevSecOps-området. Din roll som konsultenhetschef
I rollen som konsultenhetschef för enheten Security Implementation leder och utvecklar du vår enhet som ansvarar för konsulttjänster inom DevSecOps. Som konsultenhetschef har du en delad roll där du både arbetar med uppdrag mot någon av våra kunder, ofta som teamledare för ett team bestående av enhetens konsulter samtidigt som du har ansvar som linjechef för din grupp med ca 10 medarbetare.
Du kommer även ingå i resultatenhetens ledningsgrupp som tillsammans ansvarar för enhetens resultat och utveckling. Vi erbjuder dig möjligheten att få leda och utveckla ett fantastiskt gäng med mycket erfarna och kompetenta medarbetare, med stort stöd från närmaste chefer och högt i tak.
Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattas av att skapa förutsättningar för att driva & leda, vilket innebär att du driver förbättringsarbeten, utvecklar verksamhet och personal samt leder och fördelar arbetet i uppdragen. Du säkerställer att arbetet är i enlighet med de krav som finns från myndigheter och kunder samt att du har en nära och regelbunden kontakt med medarbetare och kunder för att skapa förutsättningar för ett effektivt samarbete.
Som konsultenhetschef får du möjlighet att påverka både arbetssätt, flöden och samtidigt växa som individ och ledare. Du kommer att ha personalansvar och stötta i arbetsmiljöarbetet. Du arbetar målmedvetet med att skapa rätt förutsättningar för att tillsammans med medarbetarna kunna prestera ett gott resultat.
Vem är du?
Vi söker en ansvarskännande, initiativtagande och handlingskraftig person med tidigare erfarenhet av ledarroller, inte nödvändigtvis som chef. Du har en civil, - eller högskoleingenjörsutbildning inom IT, IT-säkerhet eller liknande. Det är meriterande med tidigare erfarenhet av arbete inom försvarsindustrin eller totalförsvaret.
Du är en god kommunikatör och tycker det är spännande med nya relationer. En lagspelare som eftersträvar resultat med hög kvalitet, både när du arbetar själv och tillsammans med andra. Det är viktigt att du är uppmärksam och lyhörd mot dina kollegor samt att du är nyfiken och har viljan att lära nytt.
Du är bekväm med att leda verksamhet och medarbetare mot gemensamma mål och drivs av ett högt säkerhetstänk.
Då tjänsten innebär arbete som omfattas av försvarssekretess krävs det att du genomför och godkänns i en säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll.
