DIN ROLL SOM SENIOR TEKNIKINFORMATÖR
Som teknikinformatör är du länken mellan utvecklare och konstruktörer av en produkt och dess slutanvändare. Rollen innebär dels framtagning, uppdatering, och/eller komplettering av den information som behövs för att stödja en produkt, hårdvara eller mjukvara genom hela dess livscykel. Exempel på användningsområden är monteringsanvisningar, systembeskrivningar, användarinstruktioner, underhållsplaner, underhållsinstruktioner (förebyggande och avhjälpande) och reservdelskataloger. Teknikinformatören samlar information och data för att sammanställa detta på ett tydligt och strukturerat sätt, ofta skrivs informationen i XML. Slutprodukten kan exempelvis vara tryckta instruktioner som kan visas digitalt via surfplatta/mobil eller webblösning.
Rollen innebär mycket kontakt med både kollegor och kunder för att ta emot, söka och verifiera den information som ska bearbetas. Som teknikinformatör hos oss på Combitech ges möjlighet att producera teknisk information för flera stora företag inom exempelvis försvarsindustri och telekom.
VEM ÄR DU?
Du är nyfiken på teknik och vill förstå hur saker och ting fungerar. Du har en analytisk förmåga och brinner för att förklara komplexa system och produkter på ett tydligt sätt. Vi tror att du har en ingenjörsutbildning gärna med inriktning mot teknikinformation. Oavsett utbildning vill vi att du har några års arbetslivserfarenhet av teknisk dokumentation av något slag. Din språkliga förmåga är mycket god och du behärskar både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Det är även till stor fördel om har jobbat som illustratör för teknisk dokumentation då detta ofta efterfrågas av våra kunder. Flera av våra uppdrag finns inom försvar och försvarsindustrin därför är en bakgrund från försvaret intressant.
Om försvarssekretess:
Då tjänsten innebär arbete som omfattas av försvarssekretess krävs det att du genomför och godkänns i en säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll.
