Our Journey
The HR Shared Services team is committed to supporting SAS group within various areas related to deliveries. Our aim is to support in accelerating SAS HR delivery model, drive operational excellence and deliver a strong colleague experience.
Our Team, HR Data & Processes team, is a part of HR Shared Services and are responsible for our HR Systems from a user perspective. We are striving towards harmonizing, standardizing, and improving our systems. We are operating on the bridge between the business and IT, where we translate business needs and processes to our HR systems. We are also responsible for system- and user guidance support to the business.
What we are looking for
We are now looking for an expert / specialist in SAP, Success Factors, who will contribute in strengthen our position as a reliable partner, support a culture where we act proactively and be one of the drivers in the journey to create a service organization. We are looking for a relentless driver of improvements who can challenge status quo.
Your key responsibilities will be:
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring with you a systematic and efficient way of working and a capability to prioritize. You have a can-do mindset combined with a drive to always strive for improvements. You enjoy working in a dynamic, high pace growing global business environment with a lot of changes going on as well as exciting challenges to address. You are driven by making processes more efficient, smoother, and easier. You have “user-eyes” on and have a service minded way of working.
You have in-depth knowledge of Success Factors experience and you might be familiar with Workforce from organizing and carrying out trainings and support to colleagues and managers to bring out knowledge about HR system usage.
You possess strong project management skills; plan, validate business needs and meet deadlines as well as drive necessary change management. You probably have a skill for training and teaching the organization on how to work in our systems.
You are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language and English, both oral and written.
You have worked or want to work in an international organization in large complex companies implementing strong people processes.
As a person you are leaning forward, you easily connect with colleagues from different departments with different roles. You see what is needed and make it happen. You know how to keep your peers and other stakeholder in the loop with a helpful hand, you suggest solutions but is humble enough to listen to other people.
