We are looking for a driven HR administrator who wants to be part of shaping the future of HR support!

We seek a structured and service-oriented administrator who wants to contribute to developing how HR supports Scania´s business in the future. The role involves varied and challenging administrative tasks, where you will take ownership and be a crucial part of a large operation.

At People Business Service & Support Sweden, we are currently undergoing a transformation journey where we have recently implemented a new global HR system, Success Factors (SAP). These technical tools assist us in our journey towards modern and automated HR support.

Your Responsibilities

Our main task is to administer Scania's common HR processes. Our daily tasks primarily revolve around overseeing the administrative aspects throughout the employment lifecycle of Scania's employees. Additionally, our department is accountable for maintaining data quality within our systems and ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality service to our customers.

As an HR administrator, you will provide qualified support to both managers and employees, as well as HR Business Partners and HR Managers. You will work both independently and in teams. You will also collaborate closely with our sister departments, such as HR Service Center, Payroll, among others.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to integrate your daily HR administrative tasks with active participation in improvement initiatives and various projects that we are currently running or intend to undertake.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's or master's degree. In addition to relevant education, you should have at least 1 year of experience in HR within a service and support function.

Experience working with a large HR system, preferably SAP (Success Factors), and familiarity with case management systems, preferably ServiceNow, are advantageous. Additionally, an interest in diverse system solutions and project management experience is beneficial.

We expect you to:

  • Customize your interactions to match each customer's preferences and communication style while demonstrating a genuine willingness to find solutions.
  • Demonstrate outgoing personality traits coupled with a strong drive and initiative.
  • Display attention to detail and excellent planning skills. Prioritize tasks based on business criticality and adapt flexibly to deliver customer value.
  • Take ownership of ensuring high-quality work. Show interest in developing and refining methods and approaches.
  • Possess a strong aptitude for using IS/IT administrative systems to provide effective support and enhance daily work efficiency.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Excel.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
