Job description

As a backend developer at Elain, you'll play a crucial role in building and refining our cutting-edge tools and solutions. Your work will directly contribute to reducing emissions, optimizing logistics, and creating a greener future for generations to come.

What You will Do

· Deliver Excellence: You will ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

· Quality Assurance: You will verify CO2 calculations to enhance the accuracy and reliability of Elain’s product, paving the way for future certifications of our solution.

· Testing: You'll have the opportunity to implement testing strategies and explore new technologies, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

· Architecture: You'll assess our current system architecture and provide valuable insights to guide our strategic planning, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve.

· Back-end development: You'll dive into back-end development, crafting robust and scalable solutions that drive real-world impact.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a passionate individual with a drive to make a difference and the following qualifications:

· Python expert: We're looking for developers with at least 5 years of experience in building with Python.

· Front-end capabilities: While back-end is your bread and butter, practical experience with front-end frameworks and languages will be considered an asset

· AWS specialist: Are you an expert in all things AWS? We need a developer who can build, secure, and operate systems using AWS services like ECS, RDS, S3, EC2, and Lambda.

· DevOps proficiency: You thrive in DevOps teams and possess a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code.

· Strong communicator: You are fluent in English and are used to presenting complex ideas with ease.
