Your role
We work close as a team and you will work closely together with our service responsible, architect and IT infra structure subject matter experts. Ensuring high quality of delivery and meeting customer needs with the right technical services in a changing environment. To achieve this you drive the development and implementation of technical roadmaps, based on a close dialogue with customers, infra personnel, and vendors. This role gives you amazing opportunity for personal growth and development in areas such as leadership, technology, and IT Architecture. We are using an agile way of working with PI-planning and Jira. Your main responsibilities will include;
• Crafting the Future: Develop and communicate product roadmaps, envisioning the future and staying ahead of market trends.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Understand and translate customer needs into technical specifications, driving customer satisfaction.
• Backlog Mastery: Curate and manage backlog items, prioritizing tasks to maximize value and ensure transparency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of the product team, championing their efforts and shielding them from distractions.
• ROI Optimization: Drive product usage and value delivery, managing budgets and risks with end-to-end responsibility.

Your Profile
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure including network, operating systems, virtualization, storage solutions, and more.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and strategy execution.
• Ability to create and execute strategies that align with business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields.
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
