We are now looking for 2 Range Administrators to join our team. One permanent and one for a fixed term contract of 11 months

As Range Administrator you belong to the Food support function connected to both Range Area Food Services and Range Area Consumer Packaged Goods and report to the Range Administration Manager. Together with the team of Range Administrator you secure the pre-requisites for efficiency and accuracy in business development, through updating the internal product lifecycle management systems with correct product information on behalf of information owners and within business rules.

Your main responsibility is to populate the product lifecycle management systems with relevant and accurate product information connected to the products in the assigned area of responsibility according to the described processes and the information decided/received from related functions.

Among other tasks, you are also responsible for:

• Securing that business rules are followed for product lifecycle management in the assigned area of responsibility.

• Contribute to the development of ways of working and tools and share best practice.

• Ensure a strong performance culture where deviations are detected early and acted upon

Qualification

We are looking for someone who is goal- and delivery oriented with a passion for details and excellence in operations. You have an ease to find and ensure structure and accuracy. You can understand complex issues and tasks and strive to improve efficiency. We look for someone who can establish and maintain good relations with many different stakeholders across organisations in the IKEA landscape and who likes to collaborate.

Good knowledge in office and related IT tools is necessary as well as being fluent in both spoken and written English.

It is beneficial if you already understand the IKEA Business model, the strategic landscape of IKEA and IKEA Ways of working. Also experience from IKEA product development process is beneficial.
