Come and join the Customer Center Nordic! We are now seeking a person with a can-do attitude to take on the role of Key Account Manager (KAM), to be the main contact for our key customers on the Swedish West Coast.

Hi! My name is Nadia Dayi, I’m the Business Line Manager in Atlas Copco, a world leader in developing and supplying assembly tools and software for the Smart Factory. I will be your manager and I am based in Sickla, Sweden.

Your mission
Your mission will be to drive sustainable, profitable growth by selling added value solutions to our customers and keeping maximum customer satisfaction, in line with our goal to be “First in Mind, First in Choice”.

Your main stakeholders include Customers, Project Managers, Mechanical Designers, Product Managers and Service team. With their support, you will drive the development of Key Accounts focusing on customer loyalty, in order to become & remain an innovation partner.

Your responsibilities include business development, where you conduct market analysis to follow trends and develop sales strategies, intending to gain market share and maximize growth. You will drive negotiations to establish contracts together with Global Key Account Managers and Business Line Managers for prices and terms.

In addition, your tasks include:

  • Building trust and maintaining business relationships
  • Offering total solutions to our customers to create differentiation
  • Negotiating technical products, solutions and services
  • Cooperating with different internal stakeholders during the RFQ phase, fostering a positive work environment
  • Growing in new businesses, like Software and Automation
  • Implementing a digital approach in all aspects of working: daily business/communications/solutions

What we expect of you
We believe that you are a committed person who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced, cross-functional work environment with a family-like culture.

In order to succeed in this role, we are looking for you who have a solid technical background and relevant experience in the automotive manufacturing industry (Sales, Project Management, Key Account Management, Production, etc.), with high level of customer orientation and most likely with a technical academic degree. Driver’s licence is a must as it’s needed to visit some of your customers. Furthermore, you speak fluent in Swedish and English.

In addition, you have no problems traveling during periods, especially within the Nordic region.

Location
This position is based in Gothenburg or a nearby location with quick access to central decision-making centers of the customers.
