We are seeking a Project Manager / Team Manager to the Project Office Gothenburg Hub at our Nordic Customer Center.

About the role
As a Team Manager & Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Leading the team of 5 Project Managers and Mechanical Designers, you'll oversee projects, collaborate closely with sales, and deliver innovative solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Your expertise will be valuable in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing project communication, and providing technical expertise for project requests for quotations. By fostering a robust local team, you'll contribute to our business development and uphold our commitment to delivering top-tier solutions and to be “First in mind, First in choice” in the eyes of our customers.

You’ll:

• Lead and coach the project team in Gothenburg.
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering value-added solutions in collaboration with Sales
• Manage projects from order to invoice, emphasizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Mitigate risks, prioritize projects, and oversee orders and deliveries from sub-suppliers.
• Drive innovation by implementing digital solutions across all facets of operations.

You report to the Project Office Manager in the Nordics.

What we expect of you
To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who have relevant project management and leadership experience with high level of customer orientation. We believe that you are a committed person who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced, cross-functional work environment with a kind culture. In addition, you are/have:

• previous experience in project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• proven leadership experience and a keen interest in people management.
• a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish languages, both written and spoken.
• A drive to learn and a knack for understanding technical contexts.
• Willing to travel to visit customer sites.

We put value to the following experiences, so if you have any, it’s a bonus; industrial experience in assembly and a deep understanding of customer production processes, technical knowledge of products, a track record of developing successful teams and experience in creating diverse and inclusive work environments.
