Do you want to join an energetic and fun team who works with technical documentation for defense projects?

Our group is working with technical documentation for defense projects. We support the Integrated logistic support (ILS) managers with the preparation for new defense projects. We also assist with analyzing defense ILS requirements. Next to that we also work together with purchase, distributors, end customer, design and external suppliers. We develop solutions for defense customer specific needs. We are a part of the defense community.


Our group now is two person strong and part of a larger group. The complete group consist of technical writers and illustrators, 12 person in total. The team spirit is very good and I consider that as a very important topic. We have regular one on one meetings and weekly group meetings. Also we will have multiple workshops during the year with the whole group to keep the team spirit high.

Your assignment


Your day will look like this: You will keep track on your project planning and have meetings regarding topics that you need to follow up. You will reach out to other departments, colleagues or your network within Scania to gather the information that you need. After that you will distribute the information to the right stakeholders. You plan meetings and presentations with the end customer or suppliers. You are also responsible for master data deliveries to the customers.

We think you are a team player who can organize and also work independently. With attitude to build a solid defense preparation department together with us.

To manage that we think you have:

  • Project coordinator skills
  • Experience in working with ILS requirements
  • 1-3years of experience.
  • Good confidence by speaking and written English
