We are looking for students to join Global Fleet Sales Operations for an internship during Autumn 2024 semester. This is a full-time internship opportunity for you who have an internship coming up as part of your undergraduate/postgraduate education and are available for at least 10 weeks or up to full semester.


Let us describe the challenge we offer

The Global Fleet Sales Operations team is responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of the fleet sales strategy. The team is also ensuring all head office activities are optimized for the fleet business sales channels and supports the market management to define and drive their fleet sales activity through information, events, marketing and competence. In this internship you will report to Head of Global Fleet Operations and will be based at Polestar’s global headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.


What You’ll Do

You will provide administrative support for the current established sales processes and the development of the digital infrastructure for all fleet customer journeys. All activity is designed to support the ongoing establishment of Polestar as the brand of choice. Depending on your interest and aim of your internship, the role will be formed with a wide selection of various tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Support development of and handle incoming Service Desk enquiries from the markets for fleet development and follow up to conclusion, requiring ability to handle technical queries and access requests
  • Control the incoming development requirements from the markets, with investigation, scoping and placing the requests into the digital team backlog
  • Complete departmental reports and manage meetings as requested
  • Manage the fleet Polestar ID communication journey for fleet drivers
  • Other tasks and projects as defined within the team, with a focus on the digital aspects


Who You Are

We are looking for you who is a proactive doer, self-starter and has a good time management on projects maintaining high work output. You have a disciplined approach to work, willingness to learn and apply the learning. Attention to detail is important, particularly with respect to error checking and accuracy with numbers.

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

  • Are currently doing university studies in a business related subject area
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a service desk function is desirable, handling incoming enquiries and resolving them in a technical solution
  • Excellent IT skills, including Office 365
  • Experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Ability to interpret data and provide informative feedback
