Do you want to kick-start your career and join our Internship Program at IKEA Digital? Then please apply if you are:
• Currently a student at a Swedish, university or any similar higher education within tech studying in a programme that offers an internship period of fall 2024.
• You live in the country of the internship with the possibility to commute full-time to the office.
• Are excited about new technology, and innovative ways of working and want to be part of shaping the future of IKEA!
• You are curious and see failure as a way of learning

We are super excited to get started! The start date of the internship will be the 2nd of September 2024 and will commence 3-4 months.

What you'll be doing day to day
The Digital Inclusive Design, Equity, & Accessibility Centre of Expertise (Digital IDEA CoE) is currently leading the work on ensuring that our digital experiences, tools, and services are accessible to people with disabilities. We partner with product teams and across global functions to provide guidance, research and ways of working to bring digital accessibility to life. The intern will support our work to enable teams to create more inclusive and accessible digital solutions for our customers and coworkers.

We only accept students who live or will live within commuting distance of the office in Malmö during the time of the internship connected to a university within the country. No exceptions will be made. You should be enrolled in a relevant program at a University or any education to attend this internship. This is an unpaid internship.
