About the role

As an Executive Assistant, you will have a key role in the daily workday of the EVP Head of Ventures and New Business and also have a central part in the V&NB management team. The role serves as the “the right hand” to the EVP and as a trusted partner to deliver on set plans.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the EVP’s calendar, travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings, agendas and presentations.
  • Together with the EVP, assure progress of priorities and targets of V&NB.
  • Support the EVP in various projects, follow up on decided actions, set objectives and targets.
  • Participate in the V&NB management team meetings and in this role be responsible for yearly planning, coordination and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the other Executive Board assistants and the assistants within V&NB.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for service and business. You have excellent organisational skills, the ability to drive several activities in parallel and are comfortable to independently prioritise and take decisions. As you will handle confidential information, a high level of integrity is required.

We believe you have several years of experience working as an assistant on top management level and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. German knowledge is not required but is a bonus.
