"Do you want to work in an innovative team and help design, implement, and maintain our cloud-native infrastructure on GKE for SEBs developers? We are now looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Container Platforms team in Arenastaden, to help develop and maintain efficient & automated solutions with high availability for our platform users."

About the position

As a Dev/Ops Engineer, you will be working in a highly competent team of friendly professionals, managing and maintaining SEBs GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) platform. You will be a technical specialist for a set of services and assist in understanding the technical requirements to develop the services further. As a Dev/Ops Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for the fulfilment of our stakeholder needs towards the best possible usage of current technical solutions. Your working language will be English (fluently both spoken and written).

Your profile

To succeed in your role with us, you should have proven technical skills and experience working with GKE, and a genuine interest in container- and cloud technology. Deep technical knowledge in how to build and run applications for different platforms and experience working with infrastructure as code, automation and continuous integration is also meritorious. Equally important is the ability to drive technical change within services via plans and cross-collaboration, as well as the ability to transform stakeholder requirements into valid technical solutions. We would also appreciate your proactivity, ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders and colleagues within the area, as well as good time management, skilled communication, and empathic listening. Preferably you have an “can do” attitude and the mindset to deliver top-quality efficiently; you are service-minded and have a sense of urgency.
