Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced M365 User Adoption Specialist to join our Digital Workplace Platforms team. Your mission will be to empower end-users, enhance their digital experiences, and ensure they fully leverage the capabilities of M365.

As a User Adoption Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how our business leverage technology. Your mission? To ensure that Microsoft services are not just deployed but effectively adopted across the organization.

You will be part of the M365 engineering team working closely with our center of excellence for learning and performance.

Enabling user adoption on a global scale across offices, warehouses, and retail stores, your influence will be far-reaching.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Understand the unique needs of our stakeholders and tailor adoption strategies accordingly.
  • Bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. You’ll be the translator who ensures that Microsoft services align with our organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the rest of the engineering team to address technical issues and optimize M365 usage.
  • Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap and lead user adoption efforts globally. 
  • Craft compelling narratives, create awareness campaigns, and engage users through targeted communication.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate end-users on M365 applications.
  • Create engaging content (videos, guides, etc.) to promote M365 adoption.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and provide insights to improve user engagement.
  • Revitalize our Champions Network aimed at super users.
  • Be the change champion, inspiring others to embrace new ways of working.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, focusing on M365 adoption.
  • Solid understanding and interest in the M365 applications and a curiosity when it comes to new features, new applications, and Gen AI.
  • Experience in driving user adoption and change management initiatives, create guides, conduct training sessions and engage with end users.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate end-users.
  • Analytical mindset to track adoption metrics.
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and adeptness at navigating matrix organizations efficiently.
  • A track record of facilitating growth and partnering with communication teams on a global - regional - local level to implement M365 products successfully.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Prioritizing personal fit, quick learning ability, and a proactive, facilitative mindset over formal qualifications.
Additional Information

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
