About the role
We are undergoing a transformation and are now looking for a Test & Release Manager who wants the opportunity to join us at an early stage of our development journey and drive change to our system landscape and create a forward-thinking team at Scandi Standard Group IT Application Management.

You will work with a challenging system landscape of multiple business systems, a mix of on-premise and cloud solutions and SaaS applications where you ensure quality and efficiency. You contribute to a strong customer focus, good service and innovative solutions. In this position, you will have the opportunity to shape your own role and contribute to the department and the company's development.
You will work closely with other teams within the Scandi group and external partners in Sweden and few other countries where we have business or partners. The role is placed at our headquarters in Stockholm.

Responsibilities will be:

• All aspects of testing and quality assurance; exploratory testing, UAT, regression testing, performance testing.
• Collaborate and Coordinating business users and test and release activities.
• Lead the release management process, ensuring smooth and coordinated releases across our system landscape.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for managing test data across different environments. Ensure the availability of realistic and representative test data to support comprehensive testing activities.
• Automation. Continuously adapt and update test cases and find ways to automate test data generation and test execution.
• Compliance and Security. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.

About You
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in test & release management in a complex IT environment. You have a strong background in managing test activities for ERP, integrations, on-premise and cloud solutions. You have knowledge in implementing and managing test automation frameworks with knowledge of SaaS applications and cloud-based test environments. Through communication and dialogue, you create good collaborations with people from different countries and functions. You have a structured approach, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to foster advantageous relationships while communicating effectively in both Swedish and English are vital for the role.
