The consultant will be working as a ServiceNow developer within a ServiceNow CMDB Team focusing on Projects related to CMDB Data quality, Introduction of CSDM etc, safeguarding the long-term values brought by the projects and be part of and develop CMDB Governance model.
This includes the following;
Required skills:
• Earlier experience of Implementation of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for ServiceNow
• Experience and genuine understanding of CMDB in ServiceNow including common pitfalls.
• Several years experience as a ServiceNow Developer in the Platform
• Earlier experience of other ServiceNow projects with the ambition of removing customizations/technical debt and go more out of the box.
• Understanding connection between business value and CMDB Processes
• Agile way of thinking
• Team player
