Business Process Expert Service Sales

Your role

As we accelerate our digital transformation, we are evolving our global sales organization to become more data-driven, efficient, and customer-focused. A key step in this journey is the implementation of a new CRM platform and the development of modern, scalable ways of working.

We are looking for a Business Process Expert – CRM to join our Service division. You will play a central role in a global transformation, connecting business needs with future ways of working in sales. In the early phase, your focus will be on shaping and aligning processes across markets to support a successful CRM implementation. This is a strategic role with global reach, offering the opportunity to shape how sales operate across markets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to improving commercial performance and customer experience.

Your mission
You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that our sales processes enable performance, consistency, and scalability.

Key areas of impact include:

  • Shaping and harmonizing sales processes across regions
  • Driving initiatives that improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Supporting adoption of new tools and ways of working
  • Enabling data-driven decision-making through performance follow-up and insights
  • Contributing to change management and capability building across the organization

You will report to the Customer Experience Lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and digital.

To succeed, you will need

You bring a strong business mindset and understand how processes, tools, and behaviors together drive results.

We believe you have:

  • Experience and interest in sales operations, business transformation and process development
  • Understanding of B2B or industrial sales environments
  • Experience in translating business needs into structured solutions
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is an advantage

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Stockholm (Nacka), Sweden.
