Legal Counsel

We are looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to join a cross-functional team where legal plays a key role in driving outcomes, shaping strategy, and supporting complex case handling in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will be part of a collaborative team supporting customer-related matters in a structured and fast-moving environment. The role combines legal analysis and close collaboration with business and operational stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a trusted legal advisor in a cross-functional setup handling complex and escalated matters.

• Contribute legal analysis, strategy and execution in disputes and litigation matters.

• Collaborate closely with business, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver balanced, pragmatic, and legally sound solutions.

• Support the continuous development of processes, tools and ways of working.

We are looking for you who:

• Holds a Swedish or Finnish law degree.

• Has at least 3 years of relevant legal experience from a law firm and/or an in-house role.

• Thrives in a cross-functional, project-based environment.

• Provides clear, pragmatic and solution-focused legal advice.

• Communicates fluently in Swedish or Finnish, as well as English.

• Experience in litigation and/or consumer credit law is considered a plus.

Start: By agreement.
Location: Stockholm or Helsinki.
Form of employment: Permanent position with probation period.
