About the role:

Our team is working towards a shift to make our customer offering even better and faster, and at the same time keep our existing systems and applications reliable and solid. As a developer you will be a key player in making this happen.

As the team is located both in Vilnius and Solna and we work in virtual delivery teams, you will be a part of an agile team of highly motivated and creative colleagues that work in close collaboration with our product owners and business specialists.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our dynamic team, focusing on the critical area of Post trade management. Your main responsibility will involve developing and maintaining robust systems that ensure the smooth and secure transfers of securities. This work directly supports our mission to innovate for a sustainable financial future, building a cutting-edge tech arena. You'll contribute to an inclusive environment, leveraging an impressive tech stack to deliver impactful solutions.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in your role, you should be highly motivated to participate in a change journey with a long-term perspective. You enjoy taking accountability for your work and for the wider team’s performance to deliver superior service quality to the internal counterparties and stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Proven experience in full-stack development, including backend (C# .Net) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)

• Experience in microservices and Single Page Applications

• A good understanding of SQL database management systems

• Strong ability to build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs

• Passion about development and enjoy learning recent technologies, platforms, and tools

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit, essential for innovating together

• Knowledge of Securities or Derivatives would be considered as an advantage
