Global Key Account Manager - Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) - Volvo
Volvo is a strategically important global customer for Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Business Area, operating at the forefront of industrial transformation driven by electrification and new production platforms. To further strengthen this long‑term partnership, we are now looking for a Global Key Account Manager to take overall responsibility for the global relationship across Volvo Cars and Volvo Trucks.
This is a key role with responsibility for driving sustainable growth, building strong customer relationships and ensuring aligned, professional engagement across our global organization.
Your role
As Global Key Account Manager for Volvo, you hold end‑to‑end responsibility for the global relationship with Volvo Cars and Volvo Trucks. You act as the strategic counterpart to the customer, working closely with colleagues across Atlas Copco to coordinate and align the Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) offering across Customer Centers, Divisions and Product Companies, with mandate to drive global alignment and commercial priorities.
You will drive long‑term, profitable growth by aligning Atlas Copco’s portfolio with Volvo’s global platforms and transformation agenda within electrification, battery and advanced production technologies. The role combines strategic account leadership and the ability to stay close to execution in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.

You report to the Business Line Manager Industrial Assembly Solutions.
To succeed, you will need
You bring solid experience from global key account or strategic sales roles in complex industrial or OEM environments, preferably within automotive, battery or advanced production or similar industries. You are comfortable working with stakeholders across different levels, cultures and decision structures. You combine strong commercial judgement with a structured way of working and are comfortable using data, forecasts and commercial insights to support decision‑making. You are able to create alignment across cultures, regions and internal interfaces.

Job location
The position is based in Gothenburg. International travel is a natural part of the role.
