This position is based in one of our offices in Sweden: Karlshamn (preferred location) or Malmo.

About the role
The Global Procurement Analyst supports the Global Procurement function by ensuring high-quality data management, structured reporting, and effective utilization of procurement systems. The role contributes to fact-based decision-making across categories and regions by delivering reliable analytics, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement tools and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve procurement data accuracy, including spend categorization, vendor harmonization, and master data governance.
-  Support the validation and tracking of procurement savings submissions to ensure transparency and consistency in reporting.
- Develop and maintain global procurement dashboards and structured reporting templates.
- Contribute to financial, sustainability, climate impact, and supplier compliance reporting.
- Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of procurement systems and digital tools.
- Provide structured training and user support for procurement platforms and reporting tools.
- Identify data inconsistencies and proactively propose corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support preparation of periodic procurement performance reviews and leadership reporting.
- Contribute to automation, process and reporting efficiency initiatives within the procurement function

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in procurement, finance, analytics, or supply chain functions within an international organization.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel capabilities; experience with large datasets preferred.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms and reporting tools preferred (e.g., Power BI or similar).
- Structured and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluent in English.
