Your Role

Are you a technically curious and solution-oriented professional who enjoys working close to both products and customers? We are now looking for a Product Technology Assistant to join a dynamic and international environment where you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality product delivery, technical support, and solution development.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery-related technical work, including network planning, design, deployment, and system integration
• Ensure successful customization, site solution design, verification, and acceptance
• Identify and resolve technical risks and issues, ensuring high delivery quality and secure network operations
• Support network and service quality maintenance, customer support, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by assisting in solution design and technical documentation
• Participate in service solution development, supporting product improvement, implementation, and operational excellence
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Solid understanding of product-related technologies and adjacent domains
• General knowledge of service delivery, maintenance, and development processes
• Familiarity with cyber security products, delivery solutions, and typical delivery scenarios
• Strong skills in IT systems and tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Swedish is required
• Fluency in Chinese is considered a merit

Location: Stockholm
Start: As soon as possible. 1-year consulting assignment with a strong possibility of extension.
Workload: 100%
