About this opportunity  

 

Welcome to our Getinge Disinfection site in Växjö, where we manufacture washer-disinfectors and endoscope reprocessors for healthcare, meeting high standards of patient safety, functionality, and user-friendliness.

 

You will join our Quality team, which focuses on driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with quality standards across our operations. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance processes, workflows, and services, contributing to Getinge’s mission of delivering high-quality products and solutions.

 

In this role, your will have the primary responsibility for the support and coordination of the Quality systems to improve and secure the regulatory compliance for Document control and Document implementation.

 

 

What you will do

  • Coordinate local implementation, according to timeline, of updated global policies, directives and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Support and coordinator (Gate keeper) of the digital document- and quality management system to ensure correct update and implementation of processes and work instructions.
  • Introduce employees in basic quality training, document handling system and publication platform
  • Supporting management in Management review process
  • Be involved in quality plans when changes affecting QMS
  • Review and compilation of documents.
  • Initiate and drive improvements within the department.
  • Involved in activities for external and internal audits
  • Responsible for the publication platform for QMS

 

 

This position is based in Växjö and the position is eligible for a hybrid setup with 1-2 days working from home.

 

 

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or Engineer graduated in a technical area or equal.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment or equal.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong written skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and a statistical based software package.
  • Good Swedish and English skills, oral and written
  • Analytical competence

•     Experience and knowledge in applicable regulations and standards, e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDR, MDD and MDSAP is meritous.

You are also used to work independently and being able to make decisions within your scope. In addition to this we think you have good communication skills and excellent structure in your daily work.
