Job description
As Tech Support Manager, you will lead a team of 10 employees across three countries and ensure that we provide the market’s best support to both internal and external customers.
You will work closely with technology, processes and people, becoming a key player in our Scandinavian collaboration. You will also be an important partner to the Tech Support Manager in Norway. Together, you support the business and contribute to dormakaba being the preferred supplier of security solutions.
The role is based at our office in Eskilstuna, and you are expected to be on site at least 2–3 days per week while also maintaining a strong presence with the teams in Denmark and Finland. You will report to the Head of Installation, Service and Technical Support, who is based in Norway.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience from a leadership role within technical support, and who has a strong understanding of how a shared service function operates for both internal and external customers. You are experienced in structuring teams and driving efficiency and improvement initiatives. You are confident working with budgets, analysis and reporting, and you are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. We believe you thrive in an environment where you can combine technical expertise with customer contact, process development and daily team leadership.
As a person, you take initiative and have strong execution capability paired with clear leadership. You work independently while also creating security and direction for your team by building structure, planning ahead and maintaining focus on goals. You are positive, communicative and naturally build strong relationships. Your strategic mindset allows you to see the bigger picture, while still being able to step in operationally when needed.
