eCom Experience - Project Lead

What you’ll do:

As an eCom Experience Project Lead in the eCom Experience team, you will be working in the intersection of Marketing, Technology and Business. You will oversee all Experience projects and initiatives across the site & CRM on a global, regional, and local level with the goal of creating the best experience of the brand and generating business value. You report to the Director of eCom Experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Translating experience, brand, and Commercial strategies into clear briefs, execution plans, timelines and overseeing end-to-end execution. Prioritise ad-hoc initiatives that might arise and make sure it fits into the overall roadmap.

  • Acting as a key liaison between strategic planning, Brand teams, Regional teams, Product launch team, Commercial teams, and the internal design agency to execute across the website and CRM.

  • Lead and maintain the eCom Experience roadmap, project board and calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, product launches and promotional plans while maximising team capacity.

  • Ensure that the site & CRM experience are fully compliant with brand standards, best-in-class and cohesive across all touchpoints and delivered on schedule.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align needs, predict dependencies, and proactively find and resolve bottlenecks that could affect execution or timelines.

  • Review performance to find opportunities for optimisation, improvements to workflows, processes, and planning to enhance operational efficiency.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management or related roles within e-commerce, advertising, digital marketing, content production, or similar fields.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving results across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of the consumer journey from a 360-degree perspective, combining technical and creative insight. You naturally work toward a seamless brand experience and user journey across touchpoints, even when priorities shift rapidly.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, and other technology tools, enabling you to plan, communicate, and execute creative and strategic initiatives effectively.

  • Proven project management experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives

  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills

  • Good to have: Experience working in advertising agencies that deal with e-commerce clients
