We are looking for a Senior Leader to take full accountability for our Assistance Services Delivery department which is responsible for the development and operation of critical services such as eCall, bCall, Stolen Vehicle Tracking, and related services to customers worldwide — 24/7/365.

In this role, you will lead and evolve a business-critical department with end-to-end responsibility for service delivery, performance, and long-term sustainability. You will ensure all services are delivered in line with roadmaps, customer agreements and regulatory requirements.

The department holds full ownership of the software and technology lifecycle — from idea and development through deployment, operations, continuous improvement and end-of-life management. You will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and technology evolution to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality services.

A key part of the role is balancing customer-specific feature development with the effective management of shared platforms and assets — maximizing reuse, scalability, and efficiency across customers.

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, commercial performance, and long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and developing the organization, including recruitment, succession planning, and competence development

• Driving performance management, engagement, and a strong leadership culture

• Enable a high-performing global organization that supports sustainable success aligned with market needs.

• Leading end-to-end solution delivery across development, operation and lifecycle management in alignment with customer contracts, including SLA fulfillment

• Accountable for quality, performance, and predictability of all deliveries.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up

• Define and communicate the department vision, roadmap, and priorities

• Being part of and contribute to the Assistance Services Leadership Team

• Support Sales in developing attractive offers for both new and existing customers

• Senior leadership experience of leading leaders and building high-performing teams

• Experience from leading teams in a complex and global environment.

• Proven track record in enabling successful major deliveries across development and operations.

• Strong knowledge of software development and operations

• Experience delivering to multiple customers simultaneously.

• Master of Science degree or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Background in Automotive and/or Software industries
