With bold growth plans and strong momentum across multiple markets, we’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for the next phase of growth.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead our digital acquisition strategy and mentor a team of specialists to drive high-quality growth across all markets. We are looking for a senior professional who can balance high-level strategic planning with a hands-on approach to execution. You will operate within our regulated Banking License environment, using attribution models through MMM to optimize our marketing spend. Your focus will be on scaling our reach while maintaining a disciplined approach to unit economics and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor the performance marketing team to ensure professional growth and high output
Develop and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy across search, social, and display
Oversee and optimize substantial marketing budgets to achieve ambitious growth targets
Implement a structured testing and experimentation framework to improve conversion across the funnel
Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
Provide clear, data-driven reporting on channel performance and market trends
Proficiency in GA4
Experienced in working complex conversion event structure like offline conversions, enhanced conversions and restatement APIs
What we’re looking for
We are seeking an analytical leader with a background in Fintech or SaaS to drive long-term value and LTV/CAC efficiency in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You are a seasoned expert in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and translating complex data into strategic insights for senior stakeholders. Beyond immediate clicks, you focus on professional excellence, evidence-based decision-making, and navigating the full customer journey with total accountability.
Qualifications
Experience: Several years in a similar role; Fintech experience is a plus.
Leadership: Proven track record managing a team of 3–4 specialists.
Scale: Experience managing annual budgets in the range of SEK 200M.
Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language where Qred is active is a plus.

One Last Thing
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. While we encourage a hybrid setup, we do expect you to be at least three days per week at the office. We review applications on a rolling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately.
