Trixie – Europe’s leading brand in pet accessories – is now making a full-scale commitment to the Finnish market and has appointed Made for Sales to recruit an engaged and driven Area Sales Executive to establish the business, build strong relationships, and create long-term growth in Finland.

Trixie is a well-established full-range supplier of pet food and accessories to the specialist pet trade and has built strong customer relationships across Scandinavia over many years. The next step in the company’s development is to create a clear and sustainable presence in the Finnish market. This role offers a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and influence the business, ways of working, and organizational structure.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing Trixie’s sales in Finland, with a primary focus on specialist pet retailers and e-commerce. The position is highly relationship-driven and requires close collaboration with customers, where your operational presence in the field is essential. You will work independently and in a results-oriented manner, taking full ownership of the business from strategy to execution, while receiving strong support from the Swedish organization in marketing, assortment management, logistics, and digital tools.
Key responsibilities include:
You will plan and prioritize your work independently, and travel is a natural part of the role. You will report directly to Trixie’s CEO, and as sales grow and the business expands, you will have the opportunity to recruit and build your own team.
We are looking for someone who:
Experience from the pet trade and an established industry network is a strong advantage but not a requirement. More important are your commercial drive, engagement, and willingness to build something from the ground up.
As a person, you are independent, proactive, and driven by sales. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and have the ability to influence and move deals forward. You are structured when needed, quick in decision-making, and motivated by achieving results.

The compensation package includes a fixed salary, a variable commission-based component, and a company car.
