Fullstack Developer

Job Description

Do you want to be part of a leading European company accelerating the transition towards a more sustainable society? AFRY is now looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our Global Business Applications team, working within the Legal domain.

The role
As a Fullstack Developer at AFRY, you will be part of a dedicated and agile development team responsible for building, improving, and maintaining internal applications and integrations that support the legal and security domain. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, architects, testers and the team lead in a collaborative and cross functional environment.

You will develop modern, microservices based solutions in a Microsoft ecosystem using C# and .NET. Our architecture is cloud native and built on Azure components, designed for scalability, flexibility, and long term sustainability. Frontend development is done using React and Redux.

In this role, you are expected to take ownership of backend development while also having an interest in frontend usability and user experience, ensuring high quality and intuitive solutions for end users.

The position is open for candidates based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, or nearby areas.

Qualifications

We expect you to have:
• A relevant university degree within computer science, software engineering, or a similar field
• Around five years of experience working as a fullstack developer or in a comparable role, with strong skills in C# and .NET Core
• Experience building modern, microservices based solutions in a cloud environment, preferably Azure
• Good understanding of databases, SQL, and relational data models
• Experience working with frontend frameworks such as React or similar
• Professional proficiency in English. Swedish is considered a merit
