Discraft, MVP, and OTB Europe are teaming up at Ale Disc Golf Center – one of the top-rated disc golf destinations in the world – and we’re looking for the next key player to join our crew at OTB Europe!

The Role: Sales & Marketing Associate
In this hybrid role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—both in-store and across our marketing channels. You’ll support day-to-day shop operations, engage with customers, and help create content and marketing initiatives that strengthen our presence in the European disc golf community.

This position starts as an hourly role, with a transition to, at least 80%, or possibly full-time employment from April.

What You’ll Do
-Provide friendly, knowledgeable service in our retail shop
-Support sales, checkout operations, and in-store merchandising
-Create and contribute to marketing content (social media, product highlights, event visibility, etc.)
-Assist during events, tournaments, and peak season activities
-Bring ideas, energy, and creativity to a small team where everyone makes a big impact

Who You Are
-18+ years old and holds a driver's license
-Passionate about disc golf and familiar with the sport
-Service-minded, proactive, and creative
-Comfortable working extra hours during evenings, weekends, and events
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
