About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to own and develop long-term customer relationships across ABC Labs’ customer base, taking accountability for strategic account ownership and commercial outcomes.

Operating within an innovative, regulated, and fast-moving environment, this role stays close to real-world execution, maintains clarity in situations where priorities may be ambiguous, urgent, or evolving, and translates customer needs into clear internal actions across operations, product, engineering, and compliance while driving issues to resolution with speed and precision.

This role also leads post-signing commercial work, including renewals, retention, expansions, and long-term partnership growth.

The Account Manager will be based in Stockholm and will work closely with commercial and operational teams, supporting customers across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Customer Relationships
  • Own the relationship end-to-end for assigned accounts; be the primary point of contact and accountable owner.

  • Maintain alignment on scope, expectations, and outcomes; build durable trust through speed and reliability.

  • Apply judgment and problem-solving to address complex customer needs and ensure commitments are met in the field and issues are closed fast.

Retention, Renewals & Expansion
  • Own retention and net revenue retention (NRR) for your portfolio, driving renewals and expansions.

  • Own post-signing commercial work: renewals, retention, expansions, and long-term partnership growth.

  • Identify growth opportunities and drive them forward with operations, product, engineering, and compliance.

Global Customer Management

About You

You bring experience managing complex, long-term B2B customer relationships and you take pride in being the person who owns the relationship and gets things done.

We believe you have:

  • Several years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar senior customer-facing roles.

  • Experience owning and developing enterprise accounts in regulated or operationally demanding environments.

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes across the full account lifecycle.

  • A pragmatic, execution-oriented approach, capable of turning ambiguity into clear priorities and results.

  • Confidence managing renewals, account growth, and contract discussions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Location: Stockholm
Team: You’ll work closely with commercial and operational teams
Compensation: Market-based compensation and benefits
Vacation: 30 days annual leave
