In this role as PMO you will be responsible to establish and maintain project governance frameworks, governing, tracking and enabling the successful delivery of strategic improvements initiatives in OP Excellence; effective project governance, reporting incl. APS Assessment report; prepare executive dashboards and progress (KPIs, APSS); maintain accurate project documentation and status update.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, ensure standardization and consistency in project execution across all OP excellence initiatives; 

• Prepare executive dashboards and progress (KPIs, APSS)

• Responsible for Autoliv Production System Assessment report,

• Facilitate project portfolio reviews& APS best practice sharing meetings,

• Enable and support a culture of best practice sharing through driving out waste and variability and the creation of a proactive improvement culture.

• Business Travel up to 50%.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (MBA a bonus 

• English fluency

• Experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Operational excellence 

• Proficiency with project management tools( MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc.)
