Your Challenge

As Group Financial Controller, you will work side-by-side with the Group Controller Team Lead and share responsibility for ensuring the highest possible quality and accuracy in the company's financial figures. The role involves an exciting mix of administration and development, where you will continuously contribute to streamlining processes and internal controls. You will report to the Head of Business Finance & Specialized Finance and have a dotted line to your team lead.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and IFRS reporting.
• Primary contact point for financial reporting from all subsidiaries – with a focus on guidance, follow-up, and quality assurance.
• Verification, analytical review, and control of reported figures, as well as follow-up on deviations.
• Responsible for the two Swedish Holding companies.
• Driving continuous improvement of processes, routines, and internal controls.
• Close collaboration with external auditors.
• Acting as a professional backbone for Group Finance in Sweden and providing key support to the Business Finance function and management.

Experience

To succeed as Group Financial Controller, we see that you have an academic degree in finance/economics or equivalent, as well as several years of hands-on experience in group accounting/consolidation in an international environment. Experience from SaaS/tech or other fast-paced industries is an advantage. You have very good knowledge of IFRS and a good understanding of Nordic local GAAP. You are proficient in Excel and possess strong system skills, with a genuine interest in processes and automation. Experience with consolidation tools is a requirement, and previous work with Konsolidator is a significant advantage. You communicate effortlessly in both English, verbally and in writing, as the role involves daily contact in English, and Swedish or another Nordic language is meritorious.

You are structured, analytical, and possess a pronounced problem-solving ability. Being a team player who enjoys close daily collaboration and knowledge sharing is crucial, as you will work closely with the Group Financial Controller Team Lead and also the Group Business Controller. You are proactive, capable of understanding and following up on deviations, and contribute with a positive and supportive attitude to the team.
