We are looking for a Plant Design Engineer to join our ambitious team and contribute to cutting-edge flue gas cleaning projects.

Key Responsibilities
In the role as Plant Design Engineer, you are responsible for designing competitive and well-planned plant layout models in our 3D CAD environment. You will be involved from the offering phase, giving you the chance to follow projects from initial concept all the way through to delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help drive projects forward. In the role you will visit customers, suppliers, and construction sites.

• Responsible for our 3D plant design in close collaboration with the project team
• Develop design drawings for filters, silos, ducts, structural steel and platforms
• Develop technical specifications and participate in procurements
• Participate in design reviews together with customers and suppliers
• Perform certain delivery monitoring and assembly follow-up and participate in inspections of ongoing plant construction

Your profile
We are looking for a social, collaborative, teamplayer who can plan and prioritize tasks effectively. You are highly organized with a structured approach, conscious of both cost efficiency and quality, and driven to deliver results. You take responsibility and are comfortable making independent decisions, ensuring projects stay on track while contributing to a positive and sustainable work environment.

• B.Sc. or higher technical education, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in plant design within energy or process industries
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (AutoCAD Plant 3D is our tool)
• Experience with dry flue gas cleaning and bag house filters is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and Word
• Fluent knowledge in a Scandinavian language and English, in both speech and writing
