We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist who will transform our content into a strategic commercial asset. In this role, you will shape how customers experience our brand, discover our products, and make purchasing decisions across SAS website. Keeping content up to date is the foundation of this role. Beyond maintaining content quality, you will work at the intersection of UX, brand, SEO, and conversion optimization to ensure our content not only informs — but inspires action.

Challenges you will work on:

In this role, you will take on the challenge of transforming the content into a key driver of digital revenue across SAS’ complex, global digital ecosystem. SAS serves multiple markets and publishes in nine languages, requiring close collaboration with our translation agency to secure consistent, high-quality output. You’ll work hands-on in the CMS to manage, optimize and build landing pages, collaborating closely with IT teams — including developers, UX designers, and digital analysts — to improve performance and create seamless user journeys. You’ll work to strengthen UX, increase traffic, drive conversions, and streamline duplicated or outdated content structures.

The Team

You’ll join a growing Digital Sales team within eCommerce, responsible for driving digital revenue through performance marketing, optimization of our web and app channels, SEO/SEM, and data-driven analytics. We work closely with IT, Marketing, Brand, and the wider Commercial organization to deliver aligned, high-impact initiatives. Together, we’re building a modern, efficient digital experience that supports SAS’s global commercial goals.

To be successful, we believe you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation, copywriting, UX and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design and conversion-focused content.
  • Hands-on experience with Contentful (or other headless CMS) for managing multilingual, multi-market content.
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make insights-driven decisions. Experience in Google Analytics 4.
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working cross-functionally with UX, brand, marketing, and product teams.
  • Prior experience in airline, travel, or international B2C industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven and autonomous, with a proactive mindset.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Flexible and quick to adapt in fast-changing environments.
  • Creative and innovative, always seeking new approaches and improvements.
  • Understanding of basic UX/UI principles and digital performance KPIs (e.g., CTR, CVR, bounce rate).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools is a plus.
