NOBA Bank Group • Heltid • Stockholm
As a People Operations Partner, you will be part of an innovative People Operations team with a strong focus on continuous improvement, where you play a key role in developing and improving our ways of working. Our ambition is to offer modern and reliable People processes that make things easy for both employees and managers.🤝
Our People Operations team is still a newborn - it came to life after a reorganization within People in October 2025. We saw the need to align people processes over the entire NOBA Group and centralize people operations competence in one team. We are now building this new team and are looking for an experienced partner to join our journey.🌱
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the People Operations team, as well as with People Business Partners and Talent Business Partners, to build and maintain a user-friendly and forward-thinking People Operations function.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Operational support: Main point of contact for daily People questions. Ensure up-to-date information on internal channels and support the organization in the HCM system.
Process development & improvement: Lead and implement initiatives for process improvement, automation, and digitalization in close collaboration with People Tech. Establish and document clear processes and drive projects to enhance our support model.
Quality & compliance: Produce reports, conduct internal controls, contribute ESG reporting and ensure high standards in our People processes. Lead work environment committee and other committees/forums connected to compliance.
We believe that you need to be a structured person who can prioritize effectively. With a proactive mindset, you take initiative to drive improvements and enjoy finding solutions to challenges. You have high integrity and professionalism, and are used to handling sensitive information responsibly. Collaboration and communication come naturally to you, and you feel comfortable providing support and guidance to managers and employees at all levels. To thrive with us, we also believe you should be a humble and reliable team player who contributes to a positive team spirit. 🤗 Besides this, we hope that you:
Communicate fluently in either Swedish or Norwegian as well as English
Have a university degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
Have several years of relevant experience within HR/People Operations (work environment, labour law, leadership support)
Have experience working with HCM systems (Workday is an advantage) and other digital tools
Have experience collaborating closely with payroll and understanding how changes in one process affect others
Experience working in a structured People Support model with a case management system (such as Jira) is a plus
Ps. The job ad will be published during the holidays but we will not start screening application until earliest week 2.
