About this opportunity
Join Getinge Disinfection in Växjö, part of our Surgical Workflows business area. We work with innovative solutions that help hospitals and life science institutions save lives. You will be part of a dedicated Quality team that ensures compliance and drives continuous improvement across our operations.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to
Support and maintain a compliant Quality Management System and manage the process of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
What you will do
As a Quality improvement coordinator, you will have a varied role with tasks that ensure our quality standards are met and improved.
Your daily work will include:
• Maintain and update quality-related documents (SOPs, work instructions, forms, policies).
• Ensure proper version control and distribution of controlled documents.
• Assist in logging, tracking, and closing CAPA items and follow up with responsible departments.
• Collect and compile quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
This position is based in Växjö and, due to the nature of the role, is primarily on-site.
You will bring
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• Experience in quality departments or administrative roles (internships or previous jobs in a quality environment are a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and accountability in your work.
• Ability to act proactively when quality deficiencies are noticed and propose improvements.
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).
