We’re a fast-growing Swedish tech company trusted by 300+ global retailers in more than 20 countries - and that number keeps on growing. We work with brands that care deeply about the experiences they deliver in-store and online, and we’re helping them reimagine what’s possible.
As a member of our team, you’ll have the chance to influence the future of retail. You don’t need to know everything about retail tech (yet), but you do need to be curious, proactive, and ready to learn fast.
We’re looking for a UK-based Marketing Manager to help execute our UK marketing programmes - from account-based marketing and direct marketing campaigns to events and local market insights.
You’ll be the person who understands what’s really happening on the ground in UK retail: the trends, the buying behaviour, the competitive landscape and the stories that resonate. You’ll take that knowledge and turn it into a focused, effective activity that drives the pipeline, strengthens relationships and amplifies our presence in the UK market.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team, collaborating closely with our marketing team, sales team and wider organisation. But when it comes to UK execution, you’ll be the one making things happen.
Co-own and scale our event engine together with our Event Marketing Manager, driving the event strategy, calendar and priorities while executing events end-to-end. From a booth at major trade shows to smaller Sitoo-hosted events and webinars. Coordinating with Sales and Partner to define objectives, audiences, narratives, and success metrics.
Coordinate and execute direct marketing (DM) campaigns to priority accounts and segments, using a mix of digital and offline channels to open doors and nurture relationships.
Analyse local retail trends and buying behaviour in the UK, turning insight into clear recommendations for campaigns, messaging and tactics.
Identify local customer case studies and support their creation by working with customers, sales and content to bring UK success stories to life.
Run local competitor analysis and keep our UK competitive intelligence sharp - including creating and updating battle cards that help our sales teams win.
Support the Head of Content by feeding in local insight, themes and ideas so our global content and campaigns align with what really matters to UK buyers.
Build and manage ABM programmes for priority accounts - mapping stakeholders, aligning them with the right content and touchpoints, and working closely with sales on co-ordinated account plays.
Bring your own skills to the table - whether that’s strong writing, creative concept development, packaging content into reusable templates, or something else that gives our marketing an extra lift.
Be UK-based and experienced in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech or a complex solution environment.
Have experience running campaigns and helping out with events - you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details.
Understand the basics of account-based marketing and enjoy working closely with sales on targeted programmes.
Be confident in turning market and competitor insight into practical next steps and clear recommendations.
Enjoy collaborating with content and creative colleagues, feeding them insight and helping shape campaigns that resonate locally.
Have a knack for organisation and project management - you’re the person who keeps things moving and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Be open, positive and up for having fun while doing great work.
