We’re now looking for a Performance Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our Marketing team for a parental leave cover between February and July. There’s an option to extend the contract in August and through the rest of the year, depending on our needs.
This is a freelance/hourly position at 60% capacity. You'll report to the CMO and works closely with our marketing designer, as well as the wider marketing team.
Produce and edit short-form performance videos for Meta, TikTok, Google and other paid channels.
Turn raw and UGC-style footage into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused creatives.
Add and manage audio, sound effects and music.
Create motion graphics and animation to enhance performance assets.
Develop variations, adaptations and A/B test assets based on briefs and performance insights.
Collaborate with our marketing designer to align on creative direction, concepts and weekly deliverables.
Create App Store preview videos when needed.
Ensure all assets follow platform guidelines, brand guidelines and best practices for paid social.
A few years of hands-on experience in performance-focused environments.
Strong skills in video editing and motion design for performance marketing.
Experience producing short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, Google or similar platforms.
Comfortable working with sound, music and UGC-oriented content.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Figma.
Ability to work independently with clear briefs and steady output.
A strong sense for clear communication, engaging edits and what makes content perform well.
Nice to haves:
Experience from subscription businesses or other fast-paced companies is a plus.
An interest in the outdoors is a plus, and helps you connect with our users.
We work in a hybrid setup, and all team members are expected to work from our Stockholm HQ, The Lighthouse, at least two days per week.
