We’re looking for an interdisciplinary-minded and proactive Senior HR Consultant with a proven track record of leading and driving actionable HR initiatives and projects globally. You understand the rhythm and cycle of a game studio - fast feedback loops, cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and ambitious craft- and use your well-rounded HR-toolbelt to provide solutions in collaboration with our senior leadership.

Shape and run global projects, harmonizing HR frameworks across five locations to ensure fairness and compliance.
Partner on complex people topics - employee relations, union collaboration, and compliance.
Drive performance & development cycles and co-create new elements with the HR Director.
Lead compensation & benefits processes and practice development of compensation and benefits globally with transparency and equity at the core
Provide strategic and practical HR guidance to leaders and teams on special cases and global initiatives.
A seasoned HR professional with 10+ years of experience in multi-country or international organizations.
Strong foundation in Swedish employment law (other markets a plus) and ability to balance compliance with business needs.
Expertise in global / multi-location compensation & benefits and performance & development processes.
Skilled at navigating complex, cross-border HR landscapes and partnering with leaders on strategic people matters.
A clear communicator and pragmatic problem-solver - culturally aware and comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments.
Experience in Tech, games and/or Scale-up/start-up
Proficiency in Danish and/or Swedish is a great plus.
Understanding of the EU Pay Transparency compliance.
