Customer Service Operations, Sweden

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Service Operations to join our Customer Service team in Polestar Sweden. In this role, you’ll ensure Polestar’s customer service activities and projects are delivered through our service partner network. You’ll collaborate closely with HQ, external partners, the local RSA provider, and the Polestar Customer Engagement Centre (CEC) to strengthen service partner performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on developing the service network, improving processes, and managing relationships to create an exceptional customer and service experience.

This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid work model that balances in-person collaboration with flexibility for focused work.


The responsibilities

In this role, you’ll act as the main contact for service partners and drive continuous improvement in customer service to achieve both satisfaction and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as Polestar’s field representative towards the service network and main contact for customer service and repair topics.
  • Be part of the team that acts as the interface between Polestar Customer Service HQ, Polestar Sweden and external partners.
  • Serve as the interface between the Customer Engagement Centre (CEC) and Service Partners, supporting CEC in repair and service matters.
  • Identify improvement areas, and drive network development ,customer satisfaction and profitabiliy improvements.
  • Manage Service Partner support, Extras pricing follow-up and control, Warranty and Goodwill cases, and Roadside Assistance coordination.
  • Coordinate technical training and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders and suppliers, including training CEC in technical related areas.
  • Maintain and develop the Service Partner network, including communication and updates via the Service Partner Portal.
  • Plan and execute service-related events such as online network forums.


The ideal candidate

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead projects effectively. You should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and driving improvements in a dynamic environment. We also believe you have a passion for cars and customers.

In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

  • Education in Technical or Business University or equivalent
  • A proven project manager, with ability to lead and inspire in various projects, preferably in a role of business lead
  • Good overall system knowledge (excel, power point, salesforce, teams etc.)
  • Holder of a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to needed extent nationwide as well as to the Polestar HQ
  • Good business acumen and analytical skills with structure.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
